Created through the partnership of Danish restaurateur Lars Damgaard and Sebastian Maldonado, Il Innominato is the Italian sister restaurant of the renowned Danish steakhouse group A Hereford Beefstouw. Building on a tradition of quality, craftsmanship, and hospitality that has made A Hereford Beefstouw a benchmark throughout Northern Europe, Il Innominato brings those same values to the shores of Lake Maggiore.
