Why the name Il Innominato?

Our restaurant is named after an iconic figure from the classic novel The Betrothed (I Promessi Sposi) by Alessandro Manzoni — a dark, complex, and captivating character who undergoes a profound inner transformation.
This character holds a direct connection to Lesa and Lake Maggiore through Manzoni himself. For us, the name represents passion, strength, and Italian cultural heritage.
